Located on the second floor of a building with a lift, the Il nido apartment offers spacious, bright and functional spaces, ideal for stays with family or friends. Excellent and central location, just a few minutes walk from the Ariston Theatre, the Sanremo Casino and all the services that the city has to offer. The entrance opens onto an open space living area with an equipped kitchen, dining table and comfortable sofa bed. A storage room with washing machine is also available to guests. The apartment has two large double bedrooms and a modern bathroom complete with shower and all the sanitary fixtures. All the windows overlook a quiet internal courtyard, ensuring silence and privacy.
Guests are reminded that before check-in they will be required to pay the tourist tax and provide an identity document for each guest.
