The accommodation is located on the first floor of a historic building in the heart of Sanremo, in front of the famous fountain and overlooking the Ariston theater. Not far away, you will find the Casino, which offers not only gambling but also cultural events. The center is enriched by boutiques, cafes and restaurants where you can taste Ligurian cuisine.

Furthermore, for sports enthusiasts, you can take the suggestive cycle path, which is located a few minutes walk from the apartment.

After crossing the entrance of the building, you climb 4/5 steps to reach the elevator that takes you directly to the first floor.

At the entrance of the apartment, on the right, there is the kitchen, equipped with a small balcony that houses the various bins for separate waste collection. Next to the kitchen, there is the first bathroom, complete with shower.

Continuing along the corridor, you come across a double bedroom furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe and a comfortable armchair, which overlooks the garden of Piazza Colombo.

Next, you come to the living area, with a sofa bed, which has a balcony overlooking Piazza Colombo, offering a splendid view of the Ariston theatre.

At the end of the corridor, there is the double bedroom, with private bathroom and separated from the rest of the apartment by a door.

Returning to the entrance, on the right there is a storage room with the washing machine inside.
