Homeleven invites you to discover and stay in this spacious, bright apartment, located very close to Sanremo’s most famous beaches.
The package includes a wonderful view overlooking the crystal-clear sea of the Ligurian coast.
The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by elevator, and includes a garage (1.85 m high and 5 m long) in a private courtyard. Upon entering, you’ll find a foyer leading to a spacious living room with a large sea-facing window and a balcony overlooking the sea. The living room features a dining table, a sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV.
The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms with hardwood floors, closets, and access to the balcony with a sea view. Between the two bedrooms is the first bathroom, equipped with a bathtub.
In the hallway, there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed and twin beds, and on the left is the second bathroom, featuring a shower stall (no bidet) and a washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with another dining table and an oven (no dishwasher) and opens onto a balcony with a sea view.
Guests are reminded that payment of the tourist tax and presentation of an ID for each guest will be required prior to check-in.
