Homeleven invites you to discover and stay in this large, bright apartment, very close to the most famous beaches of Sanremo.
The package includes a wonderful view overlooking the crystal-clear sea of the Ligurian coast.
The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by an elevator, and includes a garage in the private courtyard. Upon entering, an entrance hall leads to a spacious living room with a large window overlooking the sea and a balcony overlooking the sea. The living room features a dining table, a sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV.
The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms with parquet floors, wardrobes, and access to a balcony with sea views. Between the two bedrooms is the first bathroom, equipped with a bathtub.
In the corridor there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed and single beds, and on the left the second bathroom, with a shower, without a bidet, and equipped with a washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with another dining table, an oven, but no dishwasher, and has access to a balcony with sea view.
Guests are reminded that they will be required to pay the tourist tax before check-in and provide identification for each guest.
