Homeleven offers a charming second-floor apartment with elevator access. The property is located in a quiet area, not far from the center of Sanremo. The entrance opens onto a bright kitchen with an island and dining table, followed by a living area with a TV and a comfortable sofa bed. The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, ideal for families or groups. There are two fully equipped bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and direct access to the terrace, perfect for relaxing al fresco. Guests have access to one covered parking space and one outdoor parking space (subject to condominium availability).
Guests are reminded that a tourist tax will be required to be paid before check-in, along with proof of identity for each guest.
