The apartment is conveniently located and well-served by public transportation, with bus stops that allow for easy travel and the train station just a few minutes’ walk away. For leisure, there are parks and green spaces, as well as the picturesque historic center, home to the famous Sanremo Casino and the renowned Ariston Theater.

Upon entering, the first bathroom is on the left, and further on, the kitchen is equipped with a dining table and a charming window.

To the right of the front door, you’ll find the living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, dining table, and TV. From here, you can enjoy the balcony overlooking the street, perfect for a pleasant breakfast outdoors.

Continuing to the right, you’ll find the master bedroom, equipped with air conditioning, a bright window, and a private bathroom featuring a toilet, shower, and washing machine to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Also on the right side of the living room is the second bedroom, featuring air conditioning, two single beds, and two windows that provide plenty of natural light.
