From this space you can access a private balcony that offers an enchanting view of Piazza Bresca.
To the left of the entrance, a practical ante-bathroom houses a spacious closet, a sink and a washer-dryer. Crossing the ante-bathroom, you reach the main bathroom, equipped with all comforts: a bidet, a toilet, a sink and a spacious and modern shower. A window in the bathroom offers natural ventilation and overlooks the internal stairs of the condominium.
Continuing to the right from the bathroom, there is the double bedroom with a window that also looks out onto Piazza Bresca.
